Lifelong conservative and MAGA firebrand Tricia Pridemore today announced her candidacy for Georgia’s 11th Congressional District.
“I am running for Congress to serve the people of Georgia’s 11th Congressional District and to fight for the values that make our communities strong,” Pridemore said. “From Marietta to Calhoun, from Ball Ground to Jasper, our families want safe neighborhoods, affordable energy, secure borders, and a government that respects their hard work and their voice. I proudly stand with President Trump and his America First agenda because it puts American workers, American energy and American security first.
“My faith in God guides my life and my service, and I believe now more than ever we need leaders in Washington who are grounded in faith, committed to freedom and unafraid to fight for what is right. As one of President Trump’s earliest supporters, I campaigned tirelessly to defend the America First movement, going toe to toe with the liberal media and unapologetically fighting for American jobs and secure borders. I am ready to take our Georgia values to Congress and deliver results for the people who call this district home.”
A Cobb County resident and Kennesaw State grad, Pridemore was elected to the Public Service Commission in 2018 and is currently serving through the end of her term in 2026. On the Commission, she works to keep energy rates affordable, holds utilities accountable and strengthens grid reliability for Georgia families and businesses.
In this role, Pridemore has championed policies that unleash America’s energy dominance by expanding domestic production of oil, natural gas, coal and nuclear power. By increasing domestic supply and reducing reliance on foreign sources, she is focused on lowering costs for Georgia families while strengthening national security. Pridemore also supports modernizing infrastructure and positioning Georgia as a national leader in growth and innovation. Her record reflects a commitment to balancing economic growth with responsible oversight and long-term reliability.
Pridemore is a staunch defender of President Trump’s policy priorities, including securing the southern border, enforcing immigration laws and cutting federal regulations. She supports the SAVE Act, federal legislation that would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections, and she will fight to protect election integrity.
